Discovering Your 7- Selves

I have learned that taking care of myself requires more than tending to my physical needs. It means paying attention to how I communicate, how I make decisions, how I respond to challenges, and how I show up for myself and others.

Through my Seven Sacred Selves empowerment conference featured on Facebook, I explore the importance of recognizing the different areas of my life that need attention, nurturing, and continued care. Each self represents an opportunity to strengthen my relationship with myself while improving the way I navigate the world around me.

I call this practice Healthy Selfishness™—the willingness to honor my own well-being without neglecting the importance of healthy relationships, accountability, and mutual respect. When I learn to care for myself with intention, I become better equipped to recognize my needs, communicate my boundaries, and celebrate my progress.

In this Concrete Rose Addendum (CRA-CRA) VIP Reveal, I invite you to explore seven simple ways to give yourself the attention you deserve. After all, becoming a healthier version of yourself does not require you to become somebody else.

Quick Tips: How to Nurture Your 7-Selves

1. Self-Care — Make Decisions That Honor You

  • Pause before making decisions based on guilt, pressure, or fear.

  • Give yourself permission to consider your needs before committing your time and energy.

  • Reflect Quest: Am I making this decision because it serves me or because I am afraid of disappointing someone?

2. Self-Advocacy — Speak Up for Yourself

  • Communicate your needs clearly and respectfully.

  • Ask questions when you need clarification instead of expecting others to read your mind.

  • Reflect Quest: Am I giving others the opportunity to understand what I need?

3. Self-Efficacy — Recognize What You're Doing Well

  • Identify the skills, strengths, and experiences that have helped you overcome challenges.

  • Break intimidating goals into smaller steps you can accomplish.

  • Reflect Quest: What evidence can I find that reminds me I am capable of learning and growing?

4. Self-Awareness — Pay Attention to Your MetaPhysic Mindfulness™

  • Notice your emotional triggers and recurring thought patterns.

  • Ask yourself, “Have I thought about what I’m thinking about?”

  • Reflect Quest: Is my current perspective helping me move forward or keeping me stuck?

5. Self-Improvement — Adjust to Self-Resonance

  • Treat mistakes as opportunities to learn rather than reasons to criticize yourself.

  • Consider whether a situation needs a solution or simply a change in perspective.

  • Reflect Quest: What can I adjust without making myself feel like I have failed?

6. Self-Celebration — Acknowledge Your Progress Process™

  • Recognize the small victories you might otherwise overlook.

  • Challenge outdated beliefs that make you question your worth.

  • Reflect Quest: Am I giving myself credit for how far I have come?

7. Continued Care — Practice Self-Compassion

  • Hold yourself accountable without using shame as motivation.

  • Allow yourself to be human, learn from uncomfortable moments, and begin again.

  • Reflect Quest: Can I acknowledge what needs to change while still treating myself with kindness?

Congratulations! You're Becoming Your Best-True-Self!

The 7-Selves remind me that personal growth is not about perfection. It is about learning to recognize my needs, respect my boundaries, build confidence, and remain committed to my well-being.

When I practice self-care, advocacy, efficacy, awareness, improvement, celebration, and continued care, I create more opportunities to live with intention. I also learn that I can be a work in progress without treating myself as a problem that needs fixing.
